We are a Chinese foreign trade corporation,known yahoo SM via the website. We want use yahoo awords to promote our products. But before that have some quesiont to ask,thanks!

1.Which conditions we need to open a yahoo SM account? What methods can open an account? What about the detail process.
2.Can we put in advertisement to a specified country or area? e.g. France or Japanese.
